Preparation Method Of Aluminum Particles

Aluminum particles, also known as aluminum shots or aluminum sand, are made by using aluminum ingots containing 99% aluminum and repeatedly drawing, cutting, grinding and other processes. These aluminum particles are bright and cylindrical in appearance and are mainly used for surface treatment of aluminum, zinc or thin-walled workpieces. Their specifications are usually φ0.6mm-φ2.0mm, with a specific gravity of 2.7 g/cm³ and a hardness between 65-125Hv.
