Crafted for heavy-duty grinding and precision finishing, the RED FIBER DISC is engineered with high-grade aluminum oxide abrasive grains bonded to a rigid fiber backing for unmatched durability. Reinforced with synthetic resin, this disc delivers aggressive material removal while resisting wear, making it ideal for high-speed applications on metal, wood, and composites.
Alumina abrasive
0.8mm thick high-strength steel paper and high-performance alumina abrasives are used to ensure the product has good flatness.

Uniform particle
The surface particles are uniform, the particles are selected sand,and the grinding effect is excellent.

Resin bonding
Resin adhesive is used to ensure that abrasive is firmly attached to the backing,with good heat resistance,strong adhension and strong wear resistance.
Strong air permeability
There is no accumulation of dust in the grinding process,which effectively improves the grinding efficiency.
Wide application scope
It is widely used for material expected removal,taking out welds and surface blending,taking out burrs and surface dressing,metal material polishing welds,burrs and rust removal.
