Products Description

Brown corundum from Fanchuang is produced by using bauxite and coke as the main raw materials and is smelted at high temperatures in an electric arc furnace. The grinding tools made from it are suitable for grinding metals with high tensile strength, such as various general steels, malleable cast iron, hard bronze, etc. It can also be used to manufacture refractory materials. Brown corundum has the characteristics of high purity, good crystallization, strong fluidity, low linear expansion coefficient, and corrosion resistance. After being verified by dozens of refractory production enterprises, this product has the features of no explosion, no powdering, and no cracking during application. Especially its cost-performance ratio is much higher than that of traditional brown corundum, making it the aggregate and filler for brown corundum-based refractory materials.
