Products Description
1/4" shank mounted flap wheel is made from abrasive cloth and metal,which is designed for a wide range of applications ,such as smoothing,rust removal,cleaning,deburring,surface grinding,decorative grinding and so on.
Selected material
High quality thickened abrasive cloth we select is characterized by sharp grinding,strong durability,and long life.
The cloth is coated and resin bonded with aluminium oxide grains.
Advanced technology
The abrasive cloth is arranged neatly in layers , with the advantages of reparing welds,removing thorns,and removing rust on flat and contoured surfaces.All the products are manufactured by automaitc machine completely, with stable quality and superior performance.
Resin bonding
High-end resin adhesives are used to bond evenly,and they are not easily loose during high-speed rotation.
