Double rivets are used to reinforce the diamond segments with steel body by advanced hot pressure sintering technology,providing cost-effective durablity.

 

Thickened cutting edge

The edge is thicker, more durable, more efficient, and suitable for dry grinding without burning slices

Cooling holes and large grinding segments

There are 6 holes,8 holes,10  holes ,or 12 holes for each diamond grinding wheel,increasing lifespan and efficiency.

8 segments,11 segments,12 segments, 14 segments , and 16 segments for different dimensions allow faster material removal and smooth finish on various surfaces like concrete,ceramic,granite,rock,etc.

Metal baking paint

Our advanced metal baking paint technology ensures that the whole wheel has a frosted texture and is not easy to rust.

Used with angle grinder

It can be used with type 100 angle grinder and type 125 angle grinder to polish glass tile / tile / marble / granite / stone / concrete.
