Products Description
Fanchuang automatic cutting disc making machine is used for cutting disc molding.The whole set includes putting raw materials, leveling material,putting net,baking net,pressing net,putting label and metal rings,and picking up the discs.All processes are fully automatic.To meet different requirements from dear customers,we have several modes of cutting disc making machine.The whole machine has a total of 48 stations,suitable for 150-180mm resin cutting&grinding wheels.The output is 1000-1200 pcs per hour if the raw material meets the production standard.
The machine is ideal for the molding of fiber reinforced resin grinding wheel.
Station layout is reasonable because there are multiple material spreading mechanism and top pressure mechanism.
Cylinder propulsion die is used to achieve station conversion. It has the characteristics of low cost,easy maintenance,low failure rate,high safety.
The matched electrical accessories are from well-known enterprises,and the mold replacement is simple and fast.
