Products Description
Fanchuang automatic cutting disc making machine is used for cutting disc molding.The whole set includes putting raw materials, leveling material,putting net,baking net,pressing net,putting label and metal rings,and picking up the discs.All processes are fully automatic.To meet different requirements from dear customers,we have several modes of cutting disc making machine.The whole machine has a total of 112 stations,suitable for Type 107 resin grinding wheels.The output is 2200-2400pcs per hour if the raw material meets the production standard.
The machine is ideal for the molding of fiber reinforced resin grinding wheel.
Station layout is reasonable because there are multiple material spreading mechanism and top pressure mechanism.
