White Fused Alumina abrasive

White Fused Alumina abrasive is produced from high-quality aluminum oxide powder as raw material, which is melted and crystallized in an electric furnace. It features high purity, good self-sharpening properties, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, high-temperature resistance, and stable thermal performance. Its hardness is slightly higher than that of Brown Fused Alumina, while its toughness is somewhat lower. It offers strong grinding capability, generates less heat, and provides high efficiency. This material can be used to manufacture abrasive tools suitable for grinding high-carbon steel, high-speed steel, stainless steel, and other materials requiring fine-grained abrasives. It is also applicable in precision casting and advanced refractory materials.
