Our white corundum is produced from high-purity industrial aluminum oxide powder. The raw material undergoes melting in an electric arc furnace at temperatures exceeding 2000°C, followed by a controlled cooling process. After cooling, the material goes through crushing, shaping, and magnetic separation to remove iron particles. It is then carefully screened into various grain sizes. The resulting grains are dense, exceptionally hard, and feature sharp, angular edges. This makes it highly suitable for manufacturing ceramic and resin-bonded grinding tools, as well as for applications in grinding, polishing, sanding, and precision casting. It is also an excellent choice for producing high-grade refractory materials.
