Fanchuang automatic cutting disc making machine provides an efficient solution to the automatic production of resin-bond cutting&grinding wheels.The whole set includes putting abrasive materials, leveling material,putting fiberglass mesh,baking fiberglass mesh,pressing fiberglass mesh,putting label and metal rings,pressing the wheels and picking up the discs.All processes are fully automatic.To meet different requirements from dear customers,we have several models of cutting disc making machine,providing different workstations,different diameters of cutting&grinding wheels,and different production capacity.
The machine is ideal for the molding of fiber reinforced resin grinding wheel.
Station layout is reasonable because there are multiple material spreading mechanism and top pressure mechanism.
